Devin R. Horowitz

Mr. Horowitz’s legal practice consists of civil litigation, personal injury, trial advocacy, privacy, internet law, IT law, and criminal defense. He enjoys the challenge of expanding his abilities and perspective while remaining committed and dedicated to his clients and colleagues. Devin’s passion for the law stems from his long-running efforts to serve people and provide personal and engaging representation.

Attorney Horowitz previously clerked for The Super Lawyer – Greene Legal Group as well as Supervisory Judge Alison Smith-Lynn of the EEOC. Since returning to The Super Lawyer – Greene Legal Group as a licensed attorney, Mr. Horowitz worked as an associate attorney for Ashenden & Associates, P.C., where he gained pre-litigation and litigation experience in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death.

He received his law degree cum laude (with honors for being in the top 10% of his class) from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. He was honored with Distinction for his Pro-Bono activities and participation in peer mentoring. While in law school he served as Staff Editor of the John Marshall Law Journal. He further has a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Information Technology from Southern Polytechnic State University (now Kennesaw State University) with concentrations in Healthcare Information Technology and Information Security & Auditing.

In his spare time, Devin spends his time with his newlywed wife, Elisa. It is not uncommon for him to be doing small house projects and further integrating technology throughout his home.
