Teana S. Overton is a passionate and client-focused trial attorney with a proven track record of delivering meaningful results for those harmed by negligence. A first-generation college and law school graduate, Teana brings both legal skill and genuine empathy to every case she handles.
Teana earned her Juris Doctor from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, where she served as President of the Student Bar Association, Vice President of the Black Law Students Association. Her commitment to professionalism and community service earned her multiple honors, including the GAWL Outstanding Law Student Award and the Chief Justice Leah Ward Sears Pro Bono Award for her extensive volunteer work.
Since becoming a licensed attorney, Teana has successfully litigated a wide range of personal injury cases, including auto accidents, trucking collisions, premises liability, wrongful death, and medical malpractice claims. She has secured favorable results for her clients both in and out of the courtroom. Notably, Teana holds multiple seven-figure jury verdicts and has appeared on Trial Lawyer Nation Podcast as well as Trial Lawyers for Justice Newsletter.
