A teen lost his life in a fatal crash on Highway 53 in Dawson County. The accident happened on November 12 and was reported to the authorities at about 6:00 in the evening.
According to the details shared by the Georgia Department of Public Safety, the incident came about at the intersection of Highway 53 and Thompson Road. It involved two vehicles which were identified as a Nissan Skyline and a Honda.
The Nissan Skyline was traveling northbound on Thompson Road when its driver failed to yield to the traffic on Highway 53. This brought the Skyline into a collision with the Honda which crashed into the Skyline.
